I am not one to blog about my travels, but after this most recent trip I felt compelled to share. Growing up in the mid west and relocating to Central Florida in 1999, one could say that most of my surroundings as a child and a young adult was nothing more than flat lands. Our highest mountain was what we called "the hill" back in the day. It was big enough to go sledding down, but nothing to write home about.
Last week, I was fortunate to travel to the beautiful state of Arizona. With my camera in hand, I proceeded to document the country that I saw. Rainbow colored sunsets with cactus silhouetted in the evening sky. Red rock ridges that even in the harsh light of the midday sun was nothing less than miraculous! To say that we live in a beautiful country would be an understatement! Thanks for stopping by. Take a moment to enjoy the sights of Sedona through my eyes...
Let's face it...It is very easy to get mixed up in the stresses of the everyday world. This was a reminder to myself to slow down and relish every moment. As that old saying goes, "Life is TOO short!" Take time to wander this amazing country of ours. You never know what you may discover!
Like what you see??? Don't forget to "like," pin, or share! I "heart" shares!!
Hi! Welcome to my blog. Stop back often to view my current work and see what I have been up to lately! It's always fun and games when it involves children, families, and a full frame camera! Enjoy! :)
